  • What are the age requirements for entry?
    All guests must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions. Entry is always at the discretion of management.
  • Do I need to be on a guest list to enter?
    While walk-ins are welcome, priority is given to table bookings. Capacity limits apply, especially on weekends.
  • How do I reserve a table?
    You can reserve a VIP table by: Booking through our website Contacting our concierge or promotions team A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • What is the deposit and cancellation policy for tables?
    A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your table. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation time will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
  • Can I transfer my table reservation to someone else?
    Yes, but any transfer must be approved in advance by our bookings team and the new guest must meet all entry requirements.
  • What if I arrive late?
    Please call ahead if delayed, but note that deposits remain non-refundable.
